Oatmeal Cookies

2 Bananas

1 Cup Oatmeal

1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

Bake at 350 for 10 Minutes

Mix:

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk

2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds One Scoop of Chocolate or Vanilla Protein


Chill in fridge for 1/2 hour or as long as overnight.  Top with fruit and nuts of your choice.  This time I used Blueberries, Strawberries, Bananas and Almonds

Thin Slice of Cheese and Fresh Basil!

Tuna Cakes - Mix Tuna, Eggs, Oatmeal, Low Sodium Soy Sauce, Green Onions, Celery and Mustard - Garnish with Celery, Tomatoes  and Avocado and Mustard

Ground Turkey Tacos - First saute the ground turkey, season it and set aside and then cut up vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, avocados and cilantro).  Take the ground turkey, put it on the corn tortilla and put in the microwave to eliminate any need to fry the tortilla.  Then add everything on top including the queso fresco cheese, which needs to be used sparingly.

Eggs sauteed in coconut oil, avocados, tomatoes and whole wheat toast.
